Full Name Review shows 2 names

For the Full Name Review, often the highlight has been on a last name that is shared by two people. For instance John and Eliza Smith, with the highlight on the Smith. Which name should we review, John Smith or Eliza Smith? Thank you for your help!

@PamAdams It's my understanding that you should start with the first name (John in this instance). In theory, the AI should pick up the second name (Eliza) at a later time.
