Memory restricted

I added a memory of a picture with a photo and information. I don't have a copy, and it has been restricted saying there is information about a living person, which is incorrect. How can I get a copy and get the restriction lifted ?

The initial review of any memory we upload is by a computer algorithm. Sometimes the algorithm makes a mistake. Reply to the email, asking for human review, and, if it does not violate any policies, the restriction should be lifted fairly quickly. Happens to me all the time.
    Hope this helps.
