Original Creator of My Family Tree
Hello! I tried to chat with the originator of our Family Tree. The only code I have is B - BG89. I couldn't get the chat to work. Pressing the shift key and enter key would not activate. Hi @Sandra97485. That 'code' is the person's contact ID.
To chat with them, first go to Edith's page. Click their contact ID and a pop-up will appear. In the pop-up, click the blue bar that says CHAT. You should be able to compose a message from there.
