I keep crashing and having to reload while doing full name indexing.

It doesn't happen on every document, and in the past it seemed to cluster on documents on which it did happen. What I do know for sure is that when I try to index the same name after reloading the page (The suggested way to fix it) it crashes again. Also, if the program has you go back and try to index that same name, it will crash again if you try. (It happens after you complete the step where you attach/detach highlights when you click the 'next' button to spell check and choose where the highlighted information goes.)

This has happened to me multi times. In the same way Barbara stated. Sometimes if I add highlights in a different order, middle then first it will go through to the next step. I also tried putting two initials in the same highlight instead of each in an individual highlight and then it didn't crash.

If anyone runs into this, I did figure out a band-aid solution. You have to skip the one that causes you to crash. I think it happens when a specific entry is selected, but I haven't proven that yet. you just click 'next' which skipps you to the next one, or you can label it as 'unsure' (as in, I'm unsure I can complete this particular one.)
