My grandmother is Nenita Reyes, i am looking for her birth certificate or any relevant documents, luckily I was able to find this.. I am looking for her birth certificate or baptismal records

Went to PSA-no records
Went to Philippine archives no records
Called municipality of Mlang no records
Called ilocos where our province is no records in the church
