Scroll Bar Disappearing
When I click on the edit pencil to change something on a person page, my cursor changes to a white cross and the scroll bar disappears. I've tried clearing my cache, checking my mouse settings in Windows, and using Escape, and those haven't worked. This seems to be a bug with the website.

I didn't see white cross but at 2:23 MDT my scrolling ability also locked up. I restarted my computer and still had the same thing happen

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. I was able to replicate this issue. It occurs for me when I 'X' out of the edit popup screen (not when I 'Cancel' out). For some reason this removes the scroll bar and locks the cursor into a cross shape. I have found that if I refresh the screen it returns to normal.
