When I print the proxy card out from my family search account my name is not on the paper

When I'm taking names to the temple from my account my name does not appear on the proxy card as the person doing the ordinance, I've asked at the temple, my ward, but nobody is able to help, it's not a huge deal but I was mainly just wondering why my temple names does not have my information on it like everyone else's does.

select the names you want to print. Then select print family name cards as you normally do. On the page where you can select or deselect specific ordinances there is an option to print your name on the card. Select that on. Once selected the default will be to print your on future cards
