Family Groups glitch
Several of us have NO "family groups"
Yet when we sign in or reload for more Hints, we kept getting this notice
"! Sorry. Thee was a problem loading your Family Groups. You may need to try again later."
In 2 cases where I am helper, I got the same notice, blocking loading up the hints. In other cases, I got same notice and hints were loaded up.
In my own - I got same notice when I don't even have "Family Groups".
Where is this hiding?
It is very annoying.

stubborn NOT resolved at all.
When I signed in, it doesn't show up.
When I logged in to help somebody, and that annoying message show up.

it is gone since last October. Look at the date of last post

I did notice the date, but your last message seemed to indicate that this issue was still occurring. Just wanted to be sure that it wasn't persisting. Thank you for your response. I will close this discussion now.
