Death details?

I have all details of my Great Grandfather apart from death, I have searched for ages without success.

Two issues, his surname changes 3 times, ,Olofsson (Sweden) to Olsson (GB) to Olson (USA) and he never became a US citizen, as far as I know.

The last record I have is his WW2 Registration Card from 1942, attached.

Can you either help or point me in the right direction as I know nothing. We're 'pauper' burials still a thing in the 1950s/1960s?

Many thanks

@CarlPope1 Just a couple of questions. Have you used all 3 spellings in all searches? Have you used all the search methods in FamilySearch? If not try these links: Research Wiki, Full Text, and Family Search Catalog. Part of the problem can be where he died and where he was living. An example would be dying in a hospital across a state line from his home. These links will take you to various sources such as probates, property documents and many more.

@CarlPope1 There are folks here that can occasionally lend a hand, but you'll need to provide the PID or link to your Great Grandfather's profile in the FamilyTree, assuming you have one of course…
