Why are all of the images for North Carolina, Estate Files, 1663-1979 unavailable?
I performed a basic search of the North Carolina estate files collection and none of the images appear to be available. While I know I can use the full-text search, I preferred to use the standard search to find specific files and read all of the documents in those files from beginning to end. What has happened and when will the images be restored?
Thanks in advance.

@Shannon Christmas Images open fine for me in this collection, using a public account. Are you not seeing camera icons? https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:33S7-L1KK-T6B?wc=Q6WT-L2F%3A183207001%2C183334401%2C191414701%26cc%3D1911121&cc=1911121&lang=en&i=3

@SerraNola I could see that image, but I still cannot see this: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:2:77T6-M29Y-J?wc=Q6WY-MZ8%3A185353701%2C183375701%2C192241401%26cc%3D1911121&lang=en

@Shannon Christmas The problem seems to be only with records in Warren County. I have identified several film #'s and will report this to engineers. Thank you for the feedback.

@SerraNola Thank you ever so much for reporting this to the engineers. I later noticed that the problem appeared to only affect Warren County estate files. I hope the issue can be resolved. Thank you again for all of your help.

@Shannon Christmas I apologize. I did discuss this with engineers and then neglected to pursue it.
At some point, FamilySearch did a rescan of the microfilms and some are still pointing to the original scan which are not "open to anyone". I'm not sure if it will be an easy fix, but I will send it in this time. Thanks for following up and sorry I dropped the ball.
