Translation: (Born) 7 (April) | (Christened) 8 (April) | Pukara farmhand Josef Aittokallio and his wife Regina's child: Johan. Godparents/christening witnesses Farmer Erik Pukara with (his wife) Albertina, farmhand Johan Isakkson Peltoniemi along with the maiden Maria Johnsdotter Santala. (Christened) by Vilhelm Ingman.

He is Josef Mattsson Aitokallio born 16 March 1819. A note to the right says he came in from page 25.
