Click on the blue square with the dots and drag.

You won't be able to drag the name from the record to the boxes. To add a name in the box you need to type it in.

You can rearrange the boxes by clicking on the square with the dots and then drag it. You would do this if you need to change the position of the box. For example, say the given names box highlights the surname. You would drag the box down to the surname position instead. Does that answer your question?

@Ashlee C. I think part of the problem is getting enough Given Name or other entry boxes so that you can fill them in- I also don't there's an instruction for typing/filling in boxes before moving to Step 3 or 4

In step 3, if you need to add a box click on 'Add or remove fields.' You can see in the example below that the computer has given me two given name boxes, but I need a given name and a surname field. I'll click on Add or Remove fields.

This brings up a popup. I need a surname field, so that's what I'll click on.

Now I have the right amount of fields, but I need to click (and hold) on the three dots to drag my second 'given name' box into the surname field.

Actually, in doing so I discovered that the second given name box was associated with the actual given name in the document. I know this because when I clicked on the box to move it, the yellow highlighted name in the document turned blue. So instead I took the first given name box and dragged it to the surname field.

Now I can enter the names and move on to step 4.

Is this the kind of instructions you were looking for?

Full Name Review Step 3 of 4, Ex 1.jpg
Full Name Review Step 3 of 4, Ex 2.jpg

In example 1 above, the name Maria is not listed with a Sir Name, however, I could not add Maria's name to Adolph Veller's name, nor could I add the given name Adolph.

In example 2, I could not add Maria's name to Adolph as a second given name.

In both images, when I try to drag the a name it only moves the image.

    Please advise?

@Sherman R Cameron You need to add fields so that you have more than one box to drag from and you need to manually type in a single name in each box. When you add fields don't forget to Update so that more boxes appear for you to use.
