Recent merges and changes by "Unknown Contributor"

I've noticed an increasing number of merges and changes made by "Unknown Contributor." Please investigate whether these are arising because the Improved Merged Experiment isn't capturing information about the user who made the merge. This information is critical to communicating with other users about conflicting or inappropriate information.

    My cousin and I had a discussion on this same topic over the weekend. A few profiles we worked on together, in late 2024 and early 2025, were showing most of the changes made by "Unknown Contributor."

    I just checked one of the profiles this morning, and most of the changes are now showing correctly, but a few are still attributed to "unknown contributor."

    I too am seeing this more often. My changes have been labeled as unknown and someone else I know contributed.

    Thanks for letting us know. This is a known issue we are seeing all over the place right now and have someone looking at it.
