Disappointing GEDCOM uploads

I am experiencing some issues with CET GEDCOM uploads.

The first CET GEDCOM uploaded living people as deceased

The second CET GEDCOM upload was supposed to upload 10 generations, but it only added 4 to 5 then put in the words Parent to Child for the next generation. Strange.

    @karenrassmussen

    When did you upload that first file that marked living as deceased? There was a bug in the system for a few days last month. It should have been fixed and all tree owners affected were sent an email explaining what happened, the steps taken to address the issue and the options available to fix it. If you recently experienced this we need to know.

    That second issue we may need to investigate. In the past we've seen corrupted family structures, but so far every instance investigated has shown to be a corrupted Gedcom file rather than the import utility. We will want to investigate this one. The name of your Gedcom and the rough day and time that you uploaded would be very helpful.

    @Robert Kehrer

    The first GEDCOM (living marked deceased) was uploaded on 1 April, but has been deleted.

    The second GEDCOM seems to have worked itself out. I think it was not fully loaded when I looked at it last night. This morning the generations are there. I guess the term "Parent of Child" is something new the system is adding at the end on known information. Is that right?

    Similar issues - first upload made living people deceased - that was an issue. Removed it. Second upload is not uploading all people in my tree - only loaded parents and grandparents - after that only scattered people added - HUGE list of imported tree differences and errors - not workable. Will likely remove that upload and try again when I have time.

    @Aimee Cross after you have tried another upload, please add an update to your first discussion found here,

    https://community.familysearch.org/discussion/174887/upload-issues

    so that the discussions can be kept together for the engineering team to find more quickly. Thank you.

    You have feedback on GEDCOM from RootsMagic10 already. I've attempted to load 3 times with no success. I toyed with the idea of reducing my GEDCOM, but then I saw the Max load as 300MG and my file is "only" 43MB. My GEDCOM from RootsMagic10 does not have any live profiles. What other parameters need to be removed from a RootsMagic10 GEDCOM to be successfully uploaded to this experiment?

    @mynameistk I believe the second GEDCOM upload may have resolved. But I was not as deliberate as needed. I will likely delete this one. Create a new upload, I will record how many individuals were supposed to load in the upload. I will record what choices I made for living people in the GEDCOM. Then I will post specificis. Thank you.

    @RobertLeighPritchett thank you for testing the early release of CET. For better management of the "bugs", I am going to create another discussion about your RootsMagic10 upload. Please review the comments made by @Robert Kehrer throughout this group to get more information about known "bugs" and upcoming features that will simply and smooth out this process. See this comment in particular.
