How to drag blue image names to surname box
Where are the instructions to review full names from documents, etc

If you go back one step and detach the highlight that is showing as blank it will go away. To detach it, click on it, then click detach.

When I try to drag the new blue field from the record to the right side of the screen to the given name rectangle, the whole screen moves.

Your link won't open for me. However, if I'm understanding correctly, you are looking at something like this:
I think you are trying to drag the highlighted name from the record to the given or surname box. Is that correct? What this screen is saying is that if the computer has the names backwards - say J.H. was the surname instead of the given name - you can click and hold on the blue box with 6 dots and drag it to the surname spot. But the name on the record stays where it is. Does that answer your question?

Does help. I cannot get anything to drag

Maybe this is what I need to do…..If the name is not in the given name box, I just type it in.
The blue highlite can only be moved up or down.

Is it OK to leave a blank second given name for the record. I have tried to delete the second rectangle for the given name but cannot find a way to do so
