I am trying to index directories. There are no spouses and I cannot get to the next page.

If there are no spouse, you will do Ctrl + B for those fields. To apply the blanks to every entry, do the following:

1. Ctrl + B the Spouse's information on Entry #1.
2. The blank on Spouse's surname will kick you to entry #2. When you go to entry #2, Shift + Tab to go back to the first entry.
3. Since all spousal fields in entry #1 should be blank, go up to the Spouse's Prefix field.
4. On your toolbar, click this button (6th from the right) for every Spouse field. This will blank out all of the spousal fields in the batch.

There is only one image per batch. This is addressed in the pop-up box.

If you have less than 300 entries, do the following to delete the blank, unused entries.

Click on the trash can icon on the toolbar.

When this box appears, select All blank entries and click Delete.

You will be left with the keyed entries and will be able to submit the batch.
