Notifications Bell Broken?

For the last several days, "Mark All Read" in the Community has been malfunctioning.

Reading them doesn't cause the bell to clear, so I mark all read, and the bell clears.

But a few minutes later, the number returns.

@Ashlee C. Maybe a minor issue, but it would be nice if it worked.
