Help reading a handwritten German birth record

I'm looking for someone who would be willing to look at this birth record and see if it has more information that wasn't indexed. The info that was indexed is just the parents' names with an unknown child and the year 1842. It looks like there may be more information on the record, at least we are hoping so. It says parents are Gottfried Kressin and Marie Ruchel with no child's name or birthdate, but there is a narrative below their names and on the right side of the line that may or may not pertain to this birth.

It is line 9 and 10 on the document that is attached.

We would truly appreciate any help you can give us.

You'll have a better chance of success by posting in the Germany Research group where several talented genealogy translators are ready to help.
