Hello everyone!

I need your help to find out anything useful to solve this mistery.

I have foud documents at the local church here in Italy regarding a marriage in Bucarest between Galliano Zuliani Vigilant G93Q-HKP brother of my grandfather. All I know is that in 1937 he was married with Tinca, living in Bucarest and have a daugher.

Nothing more. Tinca was of orthodox faith, and the marriage was never transcript on the Italian parish registers, nor was the child.

So, all I know is tha Galliano Zuliani was an entrepreneurn, a builder in the area Bucarest, Vulcan, Timisoara, Brasov, Ploiesti, Pitesti etc and was originally from Forgaria nel Friuli (Udine) Italy.

I thank in advance everyone who will give a boost in this research - solve this mistery.

Thank you so much. Have a lovely day,

Using the AI Reserch Assistant help feature in FamilySearch came up with the following:

Genealogical Information on Galliano Zuliani Vigilant

Galliano Zuliani Vigilant was born on 13 October 1899 in Forgaria, Italy, and died on 7 February 1970 in Zaragoza, Colombia.

Based on the documents retrieved, Galliano Zuliani Vigilant, also referred to as Galeano Zuliani in some records, was indeed born on 13 October 1899 in Forgaria, Udine, Italy. He is noted to have migrated to Colombia, where he passed away on 7 February 1970 in Zaragoza, Antioquia. The records confirm his Italian nationality and provide insight into his migration history. Additionally, there are references to his father, Giovanni Zuliani, which can be explored further for more family connections.

Great overview Randall! Thank you so much. I provided all the infos on Family Search/My Heritage but I haven't got any clue about his wife Tinca and their daughter.

May be someone with access to Romanian registers or any idea where I can look for these infos online.

I don't know Tinca surname, where and when they got merried and no informations at all about their daughter.

    Thanks in advance, (name removed)

Also, this group is for Romanians to ask family history questions in their native language. You will probably get more help if you post your question in the Eastern Europe Research group instead.

    @Sveva99

If you haven’t already you may want to consider writing for Romanian Orthodox Church Records to locate the marriage record of Galliano and Tinca.

You could also request the marriage certificate and birth certificate of his daughter from the local Romanian civil registry.  https://www.familysearch.org/en/wiki/Romania_Civil_Registration

You could further utilize the AI Research Assistant help feature in FamilySearch by entering additional information/questions and see what suggestions are provided:

Lastly, if you want additional search suggestions you could enter your question(s) into Chatgpt.com and see what this additional free AI resource comes up with.

Good luck with your continued research.
