Family Review

This app is a bit clunky.

1. Every time I make a change on a record, the image zooms out to full screen. I spend way too much time zooming back in to where I want to look.
2. There are way too many steps to get a change made. For instance, to add a name that the computer missed, I have to find the place to add it, then add the fields, then add all the names to the fields, then add the highlights. And adding highlights is a 5 step process. It gets tiresome when the computer hasn't done a good job figuring out the record. On top of that, the zoom out feature (see 1 above) when I'm doing this makes it even more difficult and irritating.
3. I was doing Family Review on a record set in Spain this morning — my first time doing Family Review. There was a page of baptisms from 1724 with a dozen records on it. The program wants me to review one record from that page of 12. However, every time I had to look for a name, I had to scroll through ALL the names from ALL the records on that page — probably 80 names on that page. Scroll, zoom, scroll, zoom, scroll, zoom repeatedly. And if I didn't find the name I wanted, I had to go through the add process (see 2 above). Hmmmmph.
