Error When Adding Famiy: "The system is currently unavailable."

I keep getting this error

"The system is currently unavailable."

I have a brand new Lenovo with all the bells and whistles. I have a good connection. I cleared everything, deleted history, restarted the computer and still get this same code. Is the system not working for anyone else?

    I had the same issue earlier. Hopefully a temporary glitch.

    I have found that does happen some days - usually if I refresh the web page and try it again, it does the trick.
