Im struggling to make sense of my paternal grandmother's line, I put in the information for her descendants (mom, dad, grandparents etc) I got lots of info back i was able to see her family line back centuries. You can definitely see that it's been well documented but I'm really unsure if i did it wrong. When I went to the famous relatives option on the family search website it's showing me so many famous people that I'm supposedly related to. Dozens of presidents and dozens upon dozens of other famous people it just doesn't seem right because every single one of them are saying it's through my grandmother's descendants. Is this possible? Could someone please help? Thank you!

It is quite plausible that you have many famous distant relatives if you have one or more lines going back many centuries. However, it is highly unlikely that more than one or two will be through descendants of your grandmother. Please provide the name and ID number of your paternal grandmother and it can be checked.
