German handwriting assistance for 1891 death registration

The attached record is for Johann Zagurski (Zagorski) who resided in the Brodnica area of what is now Poland.

The handwriting is too difficult for me. I have created an overlay that numbers the lines (1-24). I know line 11 is a placename (Bachotek) and line 12 is another placename (Bobrowiska). Bachotek is repeated in line 15.
