Why is this happening?

As a member of the FS Community, I have used this feature for several years but now the resolution of the on-going problem of icons has no resolution.

Is there a moderator for this campaign in the community?

Thanks for your time.

I'm able to access this campaign with no problem. To clarify, what did you do right before you saw this message? Were you following a link to the campaign? Were you using a link shared from that campaign? Or something else?

    This campaign

    https://www.familysearch.org/en/campaign/patrons

for Ward Members has the boxing phrase "Did you enjoy this experience"

at the bottom of the Ward Member List.

The boxing phrase redirects to the FamilySearch Community.

    So my question

Is there a moderator from FamilySearch Community for the

campaign/patrons that a User can respond to "Did you enjoy this experience"?

@Vince Fuller When I clicked on 'Did you enjoy this experience?" it gave me a popup feedback box.

I'm guessing that you got the error popup that you posted in your screenshot. Have you checked to see if you have a popup blocker enabled?

The popup feedback box is enabled.

I use Chrome Version 133.0.6943.142 (Official Build) (64-bit)

The site settings are enabled - see below

Not trying to make this a big issue but just wanted to know if there is a "moderator" for this popup -see below:

Yes, when you post in the Community, moderators do see the feedback and can get the information where it needs to go.
