I have used Full-Text Search on two different computers with no problems. Great product.

Now, I keep getting this message regardless of which computer I use. I turned off my VPN. I've looked at settings to see if there was anything I may have changed. My operating system is up-to-date.

Is there some specific setting or issue I'm overlooking? Thanks.

@Dorla Evans I edited the url you gave me to take out the Beta. Some collections are not available in Beta, but they are in production. It seemed to work and gave me a list of results.

Could you please share the URL of the search you are trying? I will see if I can duplicate the problem.

Thank you for offering your help, Scott. After I enter my search data and click on Search, I get this URL:

    https://beta.familysearch.org/en/search/full-text/results?q.anyDate.from=1830&q.anyDate.to=1840&q.fullName=Hugh%20Lavender&q.text=will

As usual, these days, the page flashes the format of offering found items that match the search. Then it flashes again with: Something Went Wrong. Unfortunately, something went wrong, and we are unable to display the search results. Try refreshing the page, or come back later.

I appreciate any help you can provide.

Did you try my suggestion to take out the word BETA?
