Can someone help me find this document? With the new Search, I can no longer find it.

The URL is corrupted in your comment Lawanna. Those 3 instances of %3A should be : (colons).

It looks like Lawanna already found the image for you, but I've gotta ask: what "new Search"? Search - Records hasn't changed in years.

This is Full-Text Search, but I don't think the format there has changed recently. I've been using it nearly every day.
