If you have more lines on the indexing table than names on your image, you need to delete the extra lines on the indexing table. Go to the trashcan icon in the toolbar and click on All Blank Entries. The unused lines will disappear and you can submit it.

You will click on either the airplane icon or No, Submit Batch that is located at the bottom of the last entry.
This box will appear
If you do not have errors, this box will appear, then click Submit Batch.
If you do have errors—19222 for the birth year or if a field that was left blank—this box will appear. You will need to fix the error(s) before you are able to submit. Once all errors are fixed, then the previous box will appear and click Submit Batch.
The above box will also appear if you have blank, unused entries. To delete those, do the following
Click on the trashcan icon on the toolbar.
This box will appear. Choose All blank entries and click Delete. You will then be left with the indexed entries and be able to do QC.
