Why are they asking for additional data when I have finished the page?

You have blank, unused entries. To delete those entries do the following:

Click on the trash can icon on your toolbar.

This box will come up. Select All blank entries and click Delete.

You will be left with the keyed entries and will be able to submit your batch.
