Draft Registration Event Indexing problem

G72R-9W5 has a WWII draft registration attachment. The name of the employer is indexed as a source. This is seen commonly for Draft Registrations in vicinity of New York City.
I cannot find a way to get rid of a suggested source. If one is known, please let me know. I'm certain you will update a broader audience.

@Douglas McPhaden Thank you for reporting. This error is in the queue to be fixed but is not one of the higher priority tickets so it won't happen right away. I will add to the report for engineers, a link to the sources for G72R-9W5 to illustrate the problem.
