Mobile phone number not verified

My email number is verified for recovery purposes but not my mobile number.

The number a code is sent to does not include my country code in it ( New Zealand) so I do not receive the code to verify. My full mobile number with country code is in my account ?

    My verified mobile number has the country code and the leading zero.

    I don't know if the zero is required.

    Hi you are correct the zero at the start of your number is not needed for international calls.

    The problem I have is my number is listed with the international code but when Family Search try to send a code for me to verify they use my number without the international code, so I don,t receive any code via text.

    Hi thanks for your suggestion, I did that and they do not allow conversations like that via email, you have to arrange for a phone appointment. Honestly for something so trivial I can,t be bothered.
