I am not a member of the LDS Church, I have an account with FamilySearch as well as Ancestry.ca. Can you help me?

If you are a member of the LDS Church and use a Church account with a free Ancestry partner account, some sync-ing options are available.

If you are not a member of the LDS Church, you will need 3rd party software. Most of the options can be found in the Solutions Gallery. https://www.familysearch.org/en/innovate/solutions-gallery/

It's not a quick process. You'll need to choose from among several different software options, possibly purchase it, install it, and become familiar with its use. Only then should you attempt to sync.
