Assuming you are referring to the profile of Евфимий Даниилов Пальчик, this is certainly visible to me: so I would assume to all other users of Family Tree, too.
You also appear to be under the misconception that you even have a "tree". FamilySearch's Family Tree is an open-edit, collaborative project whereby anyone can add to or edit most of the profiles. The only individuals that are read-only mainly relate to prominent members of the (LDS) Church are certain famous figures. Also, you do have a "private space", which includes profiles you have added for persons who are still living.
Perhaps you could explain your problem in more detail. Typically, clearing the cache / cookies from your browser(s) solves many of the issues that seem to be experienced by yourself, yet not by other users.

Clear your FamilySearch cookies or try a different browser. In all the years I've been using FamilySearch, what you describe has happened ONCE, and clearing cookies fixed the issue immediately.
