US, Illinois—Naturalization Records, 1912–1933 [Part E] - documents extending in next batch

Hi

I came across my first document which ends in the next batch. Which date does need to be used for indexing record? One from affidavits or Oath of allegiance?

Does Oath of allegiance need to be indexed separately in this case?

I think I need to use date from affidavits and index Oath of allegiance separately but I would like confirmation before I proceed.

batch MQ2X-5FH

I would like to share guidelines how to view next batches, in case someone else gets surprised by this as well.

Happy indexing everyone 😄

Yes, you will index the Affidavit of Witness date, 1/29/1930, as the record date. You will not index the Oath as it belongs to the next batch as its first image.
