How is a record number handled when there are 3 or more numbers to select from on a declaration of intention for instance.

A DEC or PET number is usually stamped on, or nearest to, the No. line. This also applies to documents that only have "No." on the document*. Please share your batch code so we can take a look and verify it for you. Your batch code is at the top of your indexing screen and looks like [A1B2-C3D]. It can also be found under Batch —> About Batch and Help —> Share Batch.

*Note: the record, list and certificate numbers are not indexed on an Oath of Allegiance.
