Where is the "record number" on a Declaration of Intention form circa 1934?
I have a declaration of intention form with a No. _____________ field in the top right. FamilySearch asked me to identify the record number, but there is a number in the field, below the field, and on the bottom left side of the document also proceeded by "No.".
Which is the correct one, or am I looking in the wrong spot?
