How can I add a person to the Full Name Review?

Example:

(Mexico) Jose Francisco y Juana Mendez is entered as one person. After I correct Jose Francisco, Juana Mendez is missing and I cannot add her.

The first couple of times, I just backed up and clicked Unsure. Another time, I skipped the second entry. Now I'm asking for help.
