FS Memories not working as it normally does

Today 8/26 we are noticing various bugs in the system related to how FS Memories are working (I am not referring to the update to the viewer various months back)
BUT am talking about bug in the last day or so - where items that are tagged - are not showing the people they are tagged to for some unknown reason.
anyone else having weird issues with FS Memories?

The Memory Viewer has gone through a large update. It appears the tagging process is working again as designed.
