Question about equipmen list in the Center Tool.

When using a center tool as a center diretors, we are able to view certain information and edit them. However, we've noticed that we are unable to edit the list of the computers we have in the center.
How is the computer inventory recorded? Where is the data coming from? If the computer is not listed correctly, or not listed at all, how can we edit or add them?
