@erutherford, that's an 's' at the end, not an 'a', and it continues above: "Einbach - Baden - Kreis Mosbach - Germany". My interpretation of the field helps for the birthplace plus the GIG for placenames is that this should be indexed as "Einbach, Baden, Mosbach, Germany" (since Kreis = "district" is not part of the placename).
