Original patriarchal blessings should not be attached in Memories, if that is what you are asking. They are among the items that are restricted. See the Upload Guidelines:

My question is should I mail a copy to family search so they have the record?

FamilySearch is the keeper/originator of the record. They have the record on file if YOU wanted a copy of your ancestor's records.
