Is it possible to search my personal pedigree for a specific cemetery? …to find all the possible direct line ancestors buried in a specific cemetery…

There are, of course, limitations to the search results.

Yes, thank you, but what I really want is something that crawls the tree and looks for cemeteries in the profiles.

@Jennifer Gonnuscio From the link that Aine gave, try scrolling down to and entering the "Explore the Map" section, then activate the "My Relatives" feature. It seems to be close to what you are asking for, if not exactly that.
