Can these records be viewed at the FSC. I am a new and inexperienced FSC director and have a patron wishing to access the Suffolk Parish Records. Is this possible at the centre and how do I show him how to access them? Many thanks, Catherine

Can you please share the URL of the record set or the URL of a specific indexed record the patron wishes to view? There is not a collection with that specific name, and several record sets contain records from Suffolk.

@JolliffeCatherine1 Sorry that it's taken so long for you to get a response to your question.

You can find what Suffolk parish records FamilySearch has in it's collections by going to the FS Catalog. The patron will need to know the particular parish his ancestors are from because the records are found at the parish level. By searching by the name of the parish you will see what church records are available. I am assuming by parish records that you mean the Church of England. Some of these are restricted and can only be viewed at a FS Center. In addition, you might direct your patron to Find My Past, free at the FS Center. Click on "Search", then "All Record Sets". Type in Suffolk in the search box to search their collections.

@SerraNola Not for lack of trying. The OP never responded.
