Unable to merge - Read Only relationship

Request ADMIN support to merge the following two profiles:

Jo Ann Miller, PID: LF4C-9PC

and

Jo Ann Miller, PID: LFTS-KZZ

these profiles have a Read-Only relationship that prohibits merging.
