I have a petitioner that is stating divorced but lists her husband on the petition for naturalization. Do I include his name and info or mark blank?

Also, I've had a couple petitioners list there race as Bohemian and one as Scandinavian. Do I mark the space as blank?

The spouse is indexed, regardless of marital status.

The race is indexed as-is. If they're Bohemian, they're Bohemian.
