Re Business Directories
Where the names are obviously not individuals, I don't index them. Chicago Radio, Chicago Building and Trade, etc. but I do index Chicago, John R. But when Chicago Radio lists its officers, do I index those officers names?

Individuals that are with business are not indexed. They will have their own separate entry elsewhere in the directory.

Thanks. That's what I thought. But I recently indexed a directory page where a good half of it was city managers or directors, the mayor, agencies with their officers, etc. It was hard to skip all of those names.
