    Good day;

    My name is Michael Olikus. I am 76 and live in New York City. I am the last surviving Olikus on earth. I have been told that the first Olikus arrived in the USA in June of 1859. His name was Ambrose. He located in Brooklyn, New York. He was born in 1826 in Bararia, Germany. I was told that the entire Olikus family (men) were forced into the German army during the end of WWII and were killed. Can you tell me the names of the ages of the Olikus's that were killed in WWII or explain to me how to obtain the information. I can pay a resealable fee for this information. I do know that the town the entire family resided at was called, Unterileinach, Wurzburg, Bavaria, Germany. I was told that the Olikus family resided there since the 1500's. Thank you so, so much for your help.

    Michael Frederick Olikus

    I am trying to find the Joseph Deier (not positive of the spelling) farm in Rittershousen, Germany. A family member was allowed to work there in leu of a concentration camp during WWII. The house had a bakery inside it and a post office behind it. Thanks for any help in how to research this.
