I have been waiting for many years for records on São Vicente, São Paulo, Brazil and Santos, São Paulo, Brazil, but most especially Santos particularly since it is one of the two main immigration cities in Brazil, the other being Rio de Janeiro. Last I saw the records should have been made available online around 2010 so I have been waiting for over a decade. I have been unable to send a simple email contact asking about this so I would like to know when these records will be made available. My family lived in Santos for several generations and I cannot get any information about them. Thank You.

@Karen Nichols-Rexwall Have you searched through this collection? https://www.familysearch.org/en/wiki/Brazil%2C_S%C3%A3o_Paulo%2C_Port_of_Santos%2C_Passenger_and_Immigrant_Lists_-_FamilySearch_Historical_Records

I wish it had records from more than 1960-1982, but perhaps those years are useful to you.

I followed my tree back on my Mother's side to Cleopatra 69-30 bce . I continued later back to Adam and Eve, then God! Wow, how do these records even exist, and how accurate are they.

It would be wonderful if you could have access to records from the Ottoman Empire countries, in particular Lebanon and Syria from the late 1800's to the early 1900's .
