How do you add a person as famous?
My 1st cousin 4 times removed, Man Ray or Emmanuel Radnitsky, is not listed as a famous person on here and I'm not sure how to add that.

We can't.
Four years ago, there were apparently plans to create a suggestion mechanism for famous people (https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/why-do-i-not-have-any-famous-relatives), but I haven't seen any such function so far.
