batch submitted then showed not recorded

Yikes! I had just finished reading comments about batches completed and then disappearing before submitting. No problem for me - never happened! Until now! I finished batch P5954947 city directories - submitted it and got the message there were no problems and it was submitted. Next I looked for another batch to index and lo and behold the batch I just submitted showed up to be done again!

I'm not going to index for awhile!
