Why enlarge the first letter of a stories item?
Why would someone spend the time changing the computer coding to enlarge the first letter of a stories item when there are so many other things much more important that truly need fixing . . .
"Stories" are used for all sort of text based item- not just a formal account that might possibly look fancy with a big first letter. and there is no guarantee of what the first few letters really are part of . ..
Can we just put this back the way it was - it was just fine the way it was before . . .
it doesnt even always display the way it was intended to any way.

FWIW - your 3 example URLs do NOT present with an initial letter larger than the rest of the title, using Windows 10 and Firefox, both fully updated.
So then I checked in Chrome, also fully updated. There, I see an enlarged letter in the first line.
